2. Estimates & Agreements

Pricing may change due to unforeseen conditions, scope changes, or client-requested modifications.

A separate written agreement or proposal may govern specific projects.

3. Scheduling & Access

Clients agree to provide reasonable access to the property during scheduled service times. Delays caused by restricted access, weather, or client unavailability may result in rescheduling.

4. Payments

Payment terms are outlined in the individual project agreement.

Late payments may result in work stoppage or additional fees as permitted by law.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made with reasonable notice. Fees may apply depending on project status, labor scheduling, or materials already purchased.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Removing or protecting personal items

Securing pets

Disclosing known surface conditions, damage, or hazards prior to work commencement

7. Warranty & Limitations

Any workmanship warranty is limited to what is expressly stated in the project agreement.

Normal wear and tear, environmental factors, or pre-existing conditions are not covered.

We do not guarantee color perception due to lighting, material variation, or surface conditions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, images, text, and branding—is the property of MAPA Painting LLC and may not be copied or used without written permission.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:
